These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wardrobe AI mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you add to the App. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content to our service providers solely to operate the App's features for you — including generating styled looks and virtual try-ons. You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
Do not use the App to harass, harm, or violate the rights of others.

AI-generated results

The App uses AI to generate outfit suggestions and try-on images. These results are provided for inspiration and may be imperfect, inaccurate, or not to your taste. They are not professional styling advice, and you use them at your own discretion.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wardrobe AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your account.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wardrobe AI operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
