Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Wardrobe AI ("Wardrobe AI", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Wardrobe AI mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication identifiers. Account creation and sign-in (including Sign in with Apple and Google) are handled by our authentication provider, Supabase.

Photos and wardrobe content

The core of the App involves photographing garments you own. We collect the photos you capture or upload, along with information derived from them — such as garment type, color, fabric, and the outfits and looks generated for you. You provide these images intentionally as part of using the App.

Usage information

We collect limited usage and diagnostic information — such as actions taken in the App and basic device/technical data — to operate, debug, and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos to train our own foundation models.

How we use your information

Third-party processors

To deliver the App's features, we share the minimum necessary data with the service providers below. Your garment photos may be transmitted to AI providers solely to generate styling results and try-ons for you.

These providers are bound by their own terms and privacy commitments and process data on our behalf to provide the App. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and service.

Data storage and location

Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure (Supabase, hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States (North Virginia) us-east-1 region). Information shared with the AI providers above may be processed in other regions in accordance with their policies.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your account information, photos, and wardrobe data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual garments at any time within the App. To delete your account and all associated data, open the App and go to Profile → Delete account — this permanently removes your account, images, and wardrobe data. You may alternatively contact us at aneetej@gmail.com. Deletions are processed promptly, except where retention is required by law.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated within the App or by other reasonable means.
